2. Tripod headstand pike lifts x3
3. Sissy squat eccentric X1
4. Eccentric body lever w single leg concentric x3
5. Cat camel x1
Upper body pulling will be rock climbing this afternoon.
Third session of the day will be acro practice tonight.
