HOW TO DO METABOLIC TRAINING OUTSIDE

Some of you have asked me how you can make our 4Q Metabolic outside so I tried to do it for you yesterday
.
.
I went through the whole session which took me 45 minutes
.
.
1. SISS - I parked the car and walked 15 minutes to the next destination
.
.
2. HIIT - using 4Q Neuro-Mechanical - I found a rock which was pretty heavy and in my head designed 4 exercises. By now we know that we should move with and without the load and linear isn't enough.
Exercises: - Rear Foot Elevated Squats (Time under tension - ULT) - Squat to Press (Time under tension - explode up - LLT) - Halo to Side Lunge (on form - LMT) - Clock push Ups (on form - UMT)
I did 8 reps of each in four sets but to make it HIIT I went hard all 4 drills in the circuit style, timed it and doubled the recovery after). This took roughly 10 minutes

3. HISS - I walked to the next destination where steep stairs are and they lead to Lighthouse. I sprint them all the way up with no rest until I was own the top.
7 minutes
.
.
***Interesting was to see a coupe of people loudly laughing at me as I was out of breath. These same people I met a few times resting every 200m with bandage on the knee - but I did not laugh because they could be after a heart surgery, on the holiday or any other reason
.

4. SIIT - From Lighthouse I took recovery walk back down a different way. I stoped every 1-2 minutes to do 1 restorative posed coupled with breathing. This way I achieved interval but heart rate stayed very low.
