3.5g green Cardamon
500ml coconut water
Blend all the ingredients except for the sugar. Let it sit for 4 hours flash blending every 20minutes or so.
Filter trough superbag and combine with sugar (all of this cold :) Orgeat is one of this confusing sirup that varies massively geographically & changed a lot throughout history, nowadays made with almonds as a base it use the name comes from "Orge" (barley). You can also usually find Orange/Rose water in it out I personally prefer to use green caradmon for its high notes and because it pairs wonderfully with nuts in general.
The idea behind coconut water instead of water is very much one of texture, you end up with a dense very delicate sirup that works wonders in classic structures.
