Bai Zhi (白芷), or Angelica Root (angelica dahurica), is one of the many ingredients that I use in my Qi tincture, I use this tincture to prevent myself from getting sick, such as when I am traveling on the plane, or someone around me is sick, I will just take a few drops. My father used to say this will give me a sharp brain, dissolve phlegm and prevent exterior pathogens (wind-cold), we also combine with Shan Yao and other herbs to make soup.

✅Modern researches show that it promotes human cells microcirculation and skin metabolism, which accelerate pigment decomposition and remove or lighten flecks. Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing (Shen Nong’s Materia Medica) 神農本草經pointed out that this herb helps get healthy skin through ✨whitening and ✨moistening 🙅🏻effect so that it is often used as face cream. Now more and more medical proof is added that this herb has a special effect on treating acne, blackheads, and pimples too.
✖️People vomit with blood due to excessive heat or uterine bleeding and vaginal discharge caused by blood heat due to Yin deficiency should avoid this herb.
