BUILD your BOOTY. Deadlifts and its many variations are essential to build a well shaped butt. My girlfriends laugh that I'm pregnant and my butt still feels hard. 🙈Well, I'm Brazilian... 😂 Nooooo, I do deadlifts! They are one of my best friends. Not heavy. Not wild. No big bars packed with weight plates. (And It's not all about squats!!!). I personally love single leg deadlifts. Around 10 to 12 reps with a weight that feels very very challenging by the end of my sets. It's key to lift enough weight to stimulate muscle breakdown so the muscle fibers can be rebuilt and get that thicker firm look. This exercise hits the hamstrings, gluts and core. But really, keeping your balance, holding those dumbbells and performing the dealift takes a full body effort. Tip of the day for my preggo mamas: don't slow your booty gains while your belly grows. 😜🍑💪🏻

Indoor workout!! Tis windy season in Las Vegas, so worked out inside! All you need for this workout is a bench, hip circle, and dumbbell. •

I used the thruster bench from @bretcontreras1 and not sure when it will be available, but it’s pretty awesome 👌🏼 I keep it inside and use it daily for mobility work and quick glute burnouts. I have two and it allows for tons of exercise variations! I also use the S/M grippy hip circle band from @mbslingshot but any thick band or mini bands will work. You could even double up on the mini bands for more tension. And if your dumbbell is too heavy for single arm press, just grab both ends of the dumbbell and press overhead with both arms. That’s how I did rounds two and three ☺️ •

Hope you enjoy this one! It left my booty and shoulders pretty sore! I did 20 reps of everything, but if I were to do it again, I’d lower my reps on squats, hip thrusts, and pushups to around 10 each round ☺️


Circuit 1 - 3 Rounds:
3-5 Seated Single Arm Press or 10 Double Arm Press with 25lb Dumbbell
5 Single Leg Deadlifts with 25lb Dumbbell •

Circuit 2 - 3 Rounds:
10-20 Hip Thrusts - Knee Banded with 25lb Dumbbell
10-20 Elevated Push-ups - I kept the band on just because I was too lazy to take it off between rounds 😂 Give it a try! 😊

Circuit 3 - 3 Rounds:
10-20 Goblet Squats - Knee Banded with 25lb Dumbbell
20 Lateral Band Steps •

I often get asked by my gym friends (fit fam) what I'll be working out at the gym that day, and my answer is always FULL BODY! Please let me know if any of u can relate.... but i cant stand leaving the gym feeling disproportionately sore or fatigued in my lower body/upper body. It likely has to do with my history of playing 20 sports and being accustomed to circuit training... i would never leave a field or arena without feeling the lactic acid and soreness everywhere in my body 😂 .
