You will have to eat these cute little balls with something really sweet. Because this Shiratama Dango itself is basically tasteless.
But thankfully, this Caramelised Shiratama Kinako from @hvala_sg made it perfect! With the use of kinako (finely roasted soybeans) to create the starchy-like texture and caramelized brown sugar, it complemented the velvety and chewy pieces of handmade shiratama!
Really enjoyed myself with a warm bowl of such goodness with a cosy ambience! 😊
