Your body moves in 3-dimensions, so why not train that way? The ViPR was designed to be a dynamic tool for conditioning the body using a training style known as Loaded Movement Training. This type of training uses whole-body integrated exercises to perform movement-based resistance training.
What does ViPR mean?
ViPR is an acronym for Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning.
What’s it made out of?
The ViPR comes in 8 different weights from 4KG – 28 KG (or about 9 – 62lbs) made of rubber. This makes ViPR even MORE dynamic in relation to movement and training location. You can bounce, drop, flip, and throw the ViPR inside or outside.
What are the benefits of training with the ViPR?
There are over 9,000 exercises that have been developed using the ViPR. It makes it hard to reach a training plateau with so many options to choose from. The dynamic exercises using ViPR will increase your overall strength and cardiovascular capacity as you lift, shift, carry, or flip the ViPR while walking, squatting, lunging, bending or shuffling.Loaded Movement Training – or exercise that requires you to move through space while loaded with weight – requires a certain level of body timing. Training in this way will increase your overall coordination and balance.
With over 9,000 exercises in the ViPR library so far, it’s hard to choose the best for each person depending on their level of conditioning. Whether you are looking to focus your programming on Vitality, Performance, Re-Conditioning, or all of the above.
And Im pretty proud to declare that not many gyms in Singapore actually carry V.I.P.R.s
