I had a lot of requests to show how I got into the double scorpion pose with @adellbridgesyoga. The fall can be really scary, so I thought I would show that too .
You need a very solid press handstand to start and a strong partner with a deep backbend really helps. The flyer needs to grab very tight around the chest, just under the armpits. Come into down dog to help the flyer get into their scorpion. Adell says the flyer needs mega trust because it's super scary and then bring your feet towards your head and hold position. Once the flyer is set, slowly press to handstand. I actually use the back of my head to balance Adell and keep her from sliding down. Really move slow, it's hard to keep control of the flyer as you can see. The rest is finding control and balance as you move into 🦂🦂!! Best to use a spotter when attempting!
