How are you staying hydrated this summer?
We've made a batch of Honeydew & Nectarine Iced White Tea (Silver Needle looseleaf, Spring 2017) Cold Brew. It's fruity, floral & reminiscent of an ice cold Riesling or Moscato!

Cold Brew, for those that haven't tried yet is a way of brewing tea in water (not hot) & refrigerated for a period of time (say 8-10 hrs) which is then strained & served over ice. .
Advantages? Lighter bodied tea with less astrigency, bitterness & caffeine. You can make a pitcher in advance & store in the fridge for several days.
You can play with your own blends by adding fresh fruits, ginger, lemongrass, fresh berries, mint, honey with your tea!
The hard part is waiting! :)
