An enormous thank you to @llbean - they made mine and Tazz' day today!
Yesterday, I was distraught because I realized I had never gotten Tazz an L.L.Bean bed (sounds irrational, I know, but still.) I've always loved the company, and it was always a goal of mine to get one of their beds for him. Looking at the website, I was bummed seeing that the ship time for beds was 1-2 weeks, since I'm not sure he'll be with me for that much longer. I decided to give customer service a call to see if there was anything to be done. The representative was so understanding, and worked with me to find a bed in stock at a store so it could be shipped to me sooner. She called around and finally found one in stock at a retail store in Pennsylvania. The staff there were also amazing, and told me they'd get the bed shipped out quickly. Anticipating it's arrival on Tuesday or Wednesday, imagine my surprise when it arrived this morning! Such an amazing company - I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much @llbean!!
