-1/2 tsp @hawaiianspirulina -1/2 tsp @vimergy barley grass juice powder - 2 tbs raw honey (makes it so sweet & yummy)

Going with this smaller amount can help with bloating. Sometimes when having the big 32 oz bloating can really be an issue. But with this amount I haven’t had bloating at all!

I'm excited to write a blog post soon on my intuitive exercise journey...but I can tell you yoga is by FAR the best exercise for myself and my digestion. And I've noticed this is true for most of my clients, low impact exercises tend to do best. I shared this in episode 19 of the Nourishing Women Podcast, but I wanted to share here too! Intense exercise can impact your gut health for a variety of reasons. It activates the HPA axis, releasing cortisol and CRH. Cortisol release decreases gut motility, decreasing blood flow, allowing tight junctions to open increasing risk of leaky gut. CRH activates mast cells triggering the opening of tight junctions, leading also to leaky gut. Intense exercise can also reduce blood flow to your digestion which causes ischemic injury and increasing risk of leaky gut. It can also cause the activation of heat shock proteins, also increasing risk of leaky gut (all the leaky gut talk today haha). Moral of the story, you do you. Some people can handle intense exercise while others (myself included) cannot. Find what works for your body and helps it function its best, and never EVER feel guilty if exercise looks A LOT different for you than it does for fitspo accounts. #youdoyou

I'm so obsessed with these ginger pieces. Yes, there is a little sugar on them, they're crystallized after all but not covered in sugar. They have been an amazing substitute for chocolate which I've had to give up whilst on this low histamine plan. Also nice to put a few in a cup of herbal tea and eat them when your tea is finished. Ginger is easy on the gut, anti inflammatory and helps digestion.

1.レンコン、人参、春菊の茎を塩胡椒、ナツメグ、クミン、コリアンダー、ターメリック、クローブ等のスパイスと少しの醤油で炒めてチーズをのせる.

2.フライパンのはじに1をよせて、米粉と葛粉と塩少々を水で溶いたものをクレープのように焼く.

3.さらにフライパンにスペースを作り目玉焼きを作って全てをお皿にのせる.

There I saw local food "Chatamori" called Okonomiyaki of Nepal, i got inspiration and made my lunch next day

1. Stir fry the stems of lotus root, carrot and shrine chrysanthemum with spices of salt and pepper, nutmeg, cumin, cilantro, turmeric, cloves and a little soy sauce.

2. make rice flour, kudzu powder and salt in water as if a crepe.

3. Make a space in a pan to make fried eggs and put everything on a plate.

Day 7 of the elemental diet! Sibo has definitely been the most stubborn and menacing physical challenge I have faced to date. After antibiotics failed me, and herbal antibiotics/antimicrobials proved too abrasive on my body, I have buckled down and taken the elemental diet approach to healing Sibo. It's strange to think I haven't eaten solid food in an entire week- only water and this powdered, predigested drink. It has been an experience to completely remove yourself from the joy and variety of eating solid food. I am exhausted, I am queasy, but I am determined. Today was the first day I have been strong enough to get out of bed/off the couch and get dressed. It was liberating and encouraging. 7 more days to go, and if need be, I'll go up to 21 days to beat this bastard. I continue to choose health over defeat! I visited Washington state last week.

I was fortunate to participate in a family constellation during the visit. I'm genuinely thankful to a friend, who is in a similar boat as me for helping me get to the event & back because it was in the outskirts of Seattle.

I was also fortunate to meet a healer, who chose to align paths with mine and really appreciate her letting me see within myself by being the medium.

At this point, I fear less if the fatigue, brain fog, stutter and depression resolve in this 'life' or not.

I more so feel a strong shift in intention to let Devayan free from trying to meet expectations of the narcissistic collective, who've programmed me to follow their ways from a very young age.

I came back with more acceptance and have a stronger intuition to progress towards the greater good.

My all time favorite salad: massaged dino kale, steamed beets, quinoa, carrots and goat cheese. We use Julien’s family dressing (which is a secret 🤭) but any dressing will do!

Nahrungsmittelallergien und Unverträglichkeiten gehen mir so auf die Nerven 😡 ...der letzte IgG Test ergab eine Milch und Ei Allergie. Ich bin also nicht nur Laktoseintolerant, sondern vertrage auch kein Kasein. Da die Antikörper im Blut nachgewiesen wurden, ist es schwer diese Allergie wieder loszuwerden. Aber ich nehme es meinem Körper gar nicht übel. Mein Körper will einfach, dass ich mich vegan ernähre 🐰 ich hab's aus eigener Kraft nie geschafft, trotz unendlicher Tierliebe. Ich bin froh es endlich durch ziehen zu können. Ich glaube es tut auch meiner Psyche sehr gut🌈. Die Welt ist einfach grausam 😞. Meine blöde Histamin Unverträglichkeit geht mir tierisch auf den Sack. Ich könnte die vegane Ernährung viel mehr genießen, wenn ich mehr Gemüse vertagen könnte. Von viel Histamin bekomme ich Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, brennende Beine und kann nicht mehr klar denken. Die gleichen Symptome nur schlimmer löst Gluten bei mir aus. Ich fühle mich dann immer als hätte ich den schlimmsten Kater der Welt. Allerdings habe ich die Hoffnung, dass diese beiden Unverträglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren wieder verschwinden, da keine Antigene im Blut nachgewiesen werden konnten. Meine Herausforderung: Vegane 💚, glutenfreie, histaminfreie, zuckerfreie Ernährung (und natürlich auch frei von Zusatzstoffen und Verdickungsmittel) hört sich total negativ an, ist es aber nicht! Denn der Körper kommt so endlich mal zur Ruhe und kann sich selbst heilen. Bleibt stark und zieht es durch. Food allergies and intolerances get on my nerves 😡 ... the last IgG test revealed a milk and egg allergy. So I'm not just lactose intolerant, I also do not tolerate casein. Since the antibodies have been detected in the blood, it is difficult to get rid of this allergy again. But I do not mind my body. My body simply wants me to eat vegan 🐰 I never did it on my own, despite endless love of animals. I'm glad to finally be able to pull through. I think it also does my psyche very well. So a trip to the Endocrinologist confirmed my suspicions of my Thyroid hormones to blame for my irritability, emotional roller coaster, lack of focus and more.... ugh just my TSH was 0.28 I find out the rest by Thursday but with my TSH reading that low I am hyperthyroidism atm and it sucks ..... but atleast I know what to do to fix it! 😊 we will just adjust my meds and recheck 🔬 labs in 6 weeks and 3 months and Pray no more illnesses in between to mess with my Thyroid hormones......

Day 3 of #30daysofgratitude12 (I was too sick to post yesterday, especially about food!) Potatoes may seem like a ridiculous answer, but I'm a carb addict. You can pry potatoes from my cold dead hands! The reason I'm grateful for it, is that growing up poor you really gain appreciation for something so cheap, yet so diverse!

Sometimes my ugliest meals taste the BEST! I took this recipe from @god_given_goodness and added my own twist to it (🥑)! And THESE chips!! How am I just finding out about @sietefoods grain-less chips?! I haven’t had a chip in over 9 months (I wish I was kidding😑) and this bag was GONE by the end of the night! I’m on the hunt for the sea salt ones now👀 I can’t find them in any Whole Foods near me..they must be too good to keep stocked on the shelves😉

My baby Heavy Metal smoothie recipe is a great place to start! Starting slow with ingredients is a good idea as these ingredients are super powerful and can cause detox symptoms.
Start with maybe 1/8-1/4 tsp of powders and build up from there 💗

#babyheavymetaldetoxsmoothie -1.5 frozen banana 🍌 - 1 c wild blueberries
-small handful cilantro (you can always add this to your salads instead)
-1/2 c water
-1 strip of dulse or 1 tsp flakes
-1/2 tsp @hawaiianspirulina -1/2 tsp @vimergy barley grass juice powder - 2 tbs raw honey (makes it so sweet & yummy)
Blend and serve !!

Going with this smaller amount can help with bloating. Sometimes when having the big 32 oz bloating can really be an issue. But with this amount I haven’t had bloating at all!

If you want to get a double dose you can always make this recipe again later in the day! It’s comes out like ice cream or sorbet 🤗😋
