I’m talking vegan, free of refined or added sugars, grain free, gluten free, the list goes on and on. Basically no matter what type of diet you eat, you can make these babies 😜 I’ve been talking to a lot of people who approach me about how they’ve began changing their diet habits to heal their bodies in some way.
