I used to hate the uncertainties of this world. I used to think that the unpredictability of things takes our hopes away. I used to fear the sudden turn of events that happens when we are least prepared for it. But then, growing up taught me that all these uncertainties, state of unpredictability and sudden changes happen to make us more appreciative of the present, to make us more compassionate because we don't know if the moment we live in will ever happen again, to make us love deeply and purely because we are aware that there may not be next time, to make us focus on beautiful things rather than the unpleasant ones because we have no idea as to when they will last. Embrace the uncertainties, the unpredictables, the unexpected. And to all of us who fear them, may we set ourselves free.
