I was reading through some of your Instagram posts today and it made me reflect back on my fitness journey that started about four years ago. I see my old self in a lot of your posts. The posts about how you start challenges but never finish them. Post about feeling guilty for pushing your workouts to the evening instead of first thing in the morning.Posts about you feeling guilty that you ate a piece of pizza or a cookie.
That was me. 100% totally, freakin me. .
I had convinced myself that any deviation from the plan made me a failure and like I was never going to get the bikini body I wanted. I thought that I needed to live off of kale, green juice, and fish (and I don't even like fish that much!!). I thought if I didn't get up at 6am to workout that I sabotaged everything (that's a load of shit) so I'd "mess up" and I would quit!
