It's kind of Red and White! Canada day BBQ feast starts with the McFads custom Vodka Curry Coconut Lime shraamps with a slight dusting of awesome stuff. The "Custom" part of the dish happened when I felt inspired to splash vodka into the bowl as I was making Caesars.
My hodgepodge dinner tonight using whatever I had prepped in the fridge. Cajun spiced shrimp with chopped jicama, cubed polenta, and avocado, over a bed of shredded cabbage, cilantro, and chopped lettuce. Hella yum!
