Not the healthiest snack through the day, but because the protein is high in these chocolate bars - I thought I'd pick one up and try and maximise my protein intake on a day of cutting my calories as I've saved them up to have an Italian meal tonight and a few drinks.
When your cutting/dieting down to try and get leaner, if your wanting to keep as much muscle as possible you want to ideally try and aim to keep your protein high, as in a dieting phase when your calories are lower, your gunna lose a little bit of muscle and a higher protein diet will enable you to hold on to that.
Also, if your not into building muscle or doing any form of weight training, I'd encourage you to go for something like this over a regular chocolate bar - squeeze any macros you can out of the 'junk' that you DO consume.
