Carb cycling for maximum fat loss ? 👇🏽 . .
Carb cycling allows you to do that golden thing that we all want, lose fat and build muscle at the same time. There's two ways I go about this.. On days that I lift heavy or I'm going through my most intense workouts, I keep my carbs high. Fats and protein intake should remain the same but again everyone's different. On days that I'm not in the gym or it's a light session my carbs remain low, it's as simple as that. Ideally every other day would be a low carb day. I've found low carbs to be the best way of maximising fat loss. Yes it takes discipline but discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. 😊👊🏽 .

Leg day ✔✔: best way to do a sissy squat on hack is to bring your back off the rest, tippy toes on decent heels back down on the way back up. if it hurts your back alittle keep it rested like I do, either way works. Last set drop set killed me. Happy with my leg progression over the years but especially this year, with it being my biggest weakness. #dontbeimpressed #beimpressive #fitfam

Wake up and grind so many people say it but who actually does it. Next 12 weeks early mornings for that fasted hitt then weights later on in the day. Reasons for splitting training into 2, will help spike up your metabolism therefore allowing you to burn more calories burning more fat. Gradual fat loss is key it's a journey not a race.

In terms of car enthusiasts, " built not bought" . I constantly beat myself to the ground every time i walk into the gym, just to get up and be a better person. Sculpting a body takes time and can't be rushed. Don't lose motivation so easily. Believe in yourself and trust the process.
