Shred Bellas

Ingredients:
Portobello mushrooms large (3)
Bob mills brown rice farina
Pineapple(fresh)
Mini sweet peppers (8-10)
coconut oil
Garlic parsley
Onion powder
Jamican jerk seasoning
Directions :
First, cut up mini sweet peppers and pineapple into small slices and chunks.
Next , clean out the inside of the portabella mushrooms with a spoon . removing all black flesh and stem. Continue by putting 1-1/2 cups of brown rice farina in 4 cups of boiling water. Turn down on low and let cook for 10 mins, stir occasionally.
While rice is preparing , take 1 lb of turkey sausage , along with cut up mini peppers and pineapple and put in a skillet , heat on medium high . Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil . Jamaican jerk seasoning , garlic , parsley and onion powder . Mix thoroughly while sauteeing the mixture. About 10 to 15 min the sausage and veggies , along with the rice should be ready for stuffing. Turn oven on for preheating while waiting .
Now , ready , take the brown rice farina and place in the skillet with the turkey sausage and peppers . Blend evenly with a spoon and then place inside each mushroom cap . Take the mushrooms caps , place on a baking sheet and cook for 15 to 20 mins on 350*f.
When mushrooms are done, take out of oven, slice into fours and enjoy a shred bella tastefully 🍴πŸ’ͺ. www.shredfitacademy.com

- Go moderate to heavy (70%-90% Max)
Superset with

Resistance band Jab steps x10 reps each after performing jab steps go right into shuffle 30 yards. 15 yards down and back if you have the space. - be sure to stay low as possible. Parallel if you can and maintain focus and tension on the Glutes throughout. - 6 Sets 45 secs between each complete set.
