Dang..officially weighed myself and lost 5 pounds during the past birthday weekend👾. A combination of barely eating, junk food, and severe unhealthy calorie deficit, but its all good. Its Not like I eat that way every single day, but it just makes me realize why I workout and eat healthy; Makes me feel good and healthy 24/7, and most importantly I get to keep the gainz lol.
