Feast your eyes on this 👀.... Day 1 👆🏻of my #manpersonalbest 60 Day Challenge. (Last week Wednesday, day after returning from China) Starting weight of 210lbs. Maybe in the gym 2-3 times a week, zero cardio, eating anything I want.
I'm cleaning up the diet, training 5-6 days a week (still no cardio yet) and getting strict with my @mansports supplements specifically for dropping bodyfat and retaining muscle. I've also stopped chewing tobacco after years and years of it, to get healthier and no longer gross out @fallontaylor2 🤣
