As I was putting these pictures next to each other I realized just how far I've come. I've been so focused on the scale in the past few weeks and how it's not moving...I was even getting on twice a day! 🤦🏻♀️ It got so bad that I locked the scale in a drawer!! I'm not stepping on it for 2 weeks! .
Instead, I'm going to focus on the non-scale victories! 😁 These pictures, January to now, are surprising even to me! The thing I notice the most? The muscle definition in my legs and booty! 💪🏻 .
It's been hard work, but most of this is just a part of my life now, so doing the workouts are the easy part! ...Sticking to nutrition is still a struggle, at times, but here's the proof that I'm conquering it slowly! ☺️ Small changes over time really add up! .
