Today's shoulder session went pretty swell if I must say. Maxed out on OHP today at 27.5kg and 2 failed attempts on 30kg 🙁 but I'm still quite happy with the strength progress #GVT provided.
I then did Shoulder presses which I surprised myself at how heavy I could actually lift - 10kg x 12, 12kg x 8 ( shown), 14kg x 3 👐🏻
Finished off with some front and lateral raises, shrugs, rear delt work and farmers walks 💩
