Shoulders workout as promised💪🏻
I had a great workout with my hubby on Sunday!
I did 4 sets of 12-20 reps each exercise.

Last exercise I tried for the first time (my hubby showed it to me).
It was hard to find the right angle without focusing on your back.
But when you do, you can feel how your rare delts are working!💪🏻
Now I think we should record a partner workout 🤔

Happy Sunday, fit fam! Enjoy your day, and if you need a good #shoulderboulders workout ... here you go! (Ps all of these exercises are seated due to my injury. You may perform them standing as well!)

Perform each superset 3x through before moving on to the next superset. Modify the weights and reps according to your ability. I did a set of mini band pull aparts before each dumbbell exercise, for activation purposes. Place the mini band (try 30lbs) on the middle of your forearms, keeping your arms straight down in front of you. Slowly pull your arms apart until they are shoulder width, and release them back together.

4 sets of 4 on 100kg log failed on last two sets with the final reps and then finished off 75kg fast reps with pause . New program from Gaz hench is working very well .
