Day 17 of The Comeback Tour and it’s a back/arm/shoulders combo. When working my upper body at home I mostly use just my trusty kettlebell, but today I added my resistance band and it was a killer. Defo gonna incorporate it more into my routines.
Workout deets 👇🏾 🔊: Giggs, Krept & Konan

Warm up: 5 mins no rope skipping, 4.49 dance break and 25 kettlebell swings

The Workout: all using a single kettlebell unless otherwise stated - 3 sets -
10 x single arm overhead press (each side)

10 x alternating front chest press and raised 45 degree press

12 x bicep curls - hold kettlebell with both arms

12 x standing kettlebell pullovers - back to chest

Rest two minutes between sets - Superset - 3 sets

12 x bent over single arm rows - elbows in (each side)

12 x bent over single arm rows - elbows out (each side)

Rest two minutes between each set - Superset - 3 sets

15 x lat pulldowns (behind head) with resistance band

24 x alternating side lat pulldowns with resistance band

Rest two minutes between each set
