My new years gym resolution was to work on getting a handstand push up. I was a new years resolution failure after 3 months because I stopped working towards my goal. This morning @dr._xzaria_ and @jwow_figurejen pushed me to try it. I am a little further from the wall than I'd like to be (not straight up amd down against the wall will make it easier since you are at an angle) and my range of motion could use some work, but I did it! Even though it wasn't perfect, I now have the confidence to get to where I'd like it to be. Good morning and God bless. Shoulders and arms this morning. Life is a beautiful thing. No matter what you should never stop being humbled. I had a humbling experience happen to me today and it made me realize some of my weaknesses. Do not cower from this experience. Instead rise and correct it.
