This was all about making the most of what I had available. I didn’t workout in the most equipped facility today but I got a pretty good lift in. 50 LB dumbbells were the heaviest I had available and 12 reps were tiring but held #strongform and hit the stimulus I was looking for. Running the rack was just about trying to overload my upper body and get some volume in to end the week. On that note... 3 days worked out this week ✅ and worked out 3 of the last 4 days, so a lot of positives and I do feel like I’m on a roll. Let’s see if I can carry it over into the upcoming holiday week!

This was my end of the year goal I’ve been chasing these kilos for awhile and made it with time to spare before the end of the year! Around this time marks 1 year of me training The Weightlifting style and I’m addicted It has made me a better overall athlete can’t wait to see where I’ll be in another year might back off a little after the New Years and shift focus on a new training style but for now I’m going to keep pushing until the New Years see how far I can go!

Took it easy with training and took a break from force feeding myself the last week and seems like my body really needed it. Didn't lose any weight eating substantially less and felt pretty strong today. Top set of shoulder press 125s x 16. Taking time off is always hard for me to do but always beneficial when I finally do it.
