One of the few things I revisit Paul the Wall for these days. I always love this pose. Haven't got it good yet. A challenge for my tight quads, pelvic joint, upper back and shoulder.

Here's a stretch for ya. My shoulders naturally have a forward roundness, due to bad posture I guess. I'm not a fan of this at all! I want nice, straight shoulders. This stretch opens up the front of your chest where the tightness is, causing the forward pull.

What you wanna do is lace your fingers behind your back, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and pull your arms down. Hold this for 30 seconds, 3 rounds. Keep your chin to your chest and push your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Your back will naturally want to arch so keep your abs tight and your tailbone tucked as to avoid the arch in your back. Breathe, breathe, breathe. Do this on a daily.

It may sound silly to have a pre stretch before you, well..., stretch.
However, if you do alot of plank work and weight bearing on your hands is so important, so a few wrist stretches and strengtheners are vital.
Warming up the spine and opening up the shoulders also help you get the most from your practice, particularly if you do alot of driving, use your mobile phone or have a desk job.
Finally, the ankles and toes are an area that tends to get neglected so a couple of minutes of attention will do you the world of good!
