Some days - workouts are awesome and just want to kill the workout from the beginning. While other days, well, its a struggle. I am only human and today was one of those days, I was sore, tired, hungry, forgot ear buds and gym was busy, not the ideal situation for killing the workout. But I pushed through and still got a great leg n booty workout, including some exercises I hadn’t done in awhile and new ones too, love being creative. Video will be posted of that tomorrow. Anyone else have those days? Do you workout anyway and feel better after? I did!
