Look... I have heard it ALL! 🤷♀️. Legit every story and excuse you can think of I’ve heard it. A lot of them are a reality for most of us.
BUT, when you decide that you want to CHANGE more than you want to stay the same you will FIND A WAY!! #TruthBomb 💣
Reality - when I first started I didn’t think I had the money to get started. I had just graduated from college and was pretty broke. But I needed to make this change for myself. I took up extra babysitting jobs and cut a few things out of my life (those panera runs that I didn’t need anyway) and I FOUND my money to be able to do this. It was there I just had to make it work. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and I needed to make my change no matter the cost.
I found a way to cook healthy on the cheap. I made time early in the morning or at night to fit in my workout (only 30 mins!) and I surrounded myself with a positive group of women all supporting me along the way and holding me accountable to my goals!
I chose to stop letting my excuses get in the way and I took control of what I could! I made a decision to help myself because I knew it was now or never. It hurts so much to watch people make excuses because I know that you can get your results, start to feel better about yourself, gain more confidence, and get healthy. But YOU have to be the one to commit and invest in yourself.
Changing your health and your life is a commitment, but it’s something that you’re going to benefit from forever. Do it now so you can have a healthier and happier future. You will be so glad that you did.
