I wanted to share a short, relatively easy, & very doable workout for mums, because it's been working really well for me & Zy loves it 💪🏽👩🏽👶🏽
Most days I can't get someone to watch Zy when I go lift, so I've had to do my research & get creative with workouts that are intense enough to push myself & get the results I want. Now that Zy is pushin 20lbs, baby carrier workouts have been great!
Rather than counting, Ive been doing every exercise for as many reps as I can in an interval of time (I do each one of these exercises for 1.5min first sequence, 1min for the last two). Do the complete sequence 2-3 times and 10-15 min of skipping rope after the workout & you're GOOD 😅💦 #shortseason #momfit #fitmomsofig
