When you realize you FEEL better inside & out at 29 then you did at 20! 💁🏼♀️
Some times you need to be reminded how far you've come. I may not a ripped 6 pack but I'm healthier and happier than I used to be! I workout at home 6 days per week. I eat healthy as much as I can (but I’m all about balance). I am constantly learning more about health, nutrition and overall wellness. It's NOT easy. It's never been easy for me. I gain weight very easily. But I work on myself and my health daily. And I share what works for me with others to help them on their journeys. I believe in myself now and I listen to and read personal development. The girl on the left was so uncomfortable in her own skin and insecure. She was depressed and negative all the time. The girl on the right feels good inside and out! She’s found a love for fitness and fueling her body right. She believes she can achieve her goals & dreams. At times I think to myself I could be fitter, leaner, more successful BUT than I look back at how far I've come in the last 5 years and WOW I really have improved and grown in all areas of my life and I should be proud of myself for getting on the right track with my health & wellness. It takes time, focus, research, determination and hard work. But in the long run it's SO worth it!! Always strive to become a better version of yourself! And inspire others while doing it!! It's a journey - not a destination 🌟🌟🌟💗💗💗 Always remember - YOU have the POWER to change your life!!
