Need a quick dessert tonight that's healthy???? Crust: pitted dates, crushed walnut, 100% maple syrup and pumpkin spices (cinnamom, allspice,ginger)
Filling: Real pumpkin, maple syrup, egg, chocolate almond milk.
Key with healthy filling, slowly in a frying pan, heat and whisk the pumpkin. Whisk everything separately and then slowly integrate together. The heat infuses the spices into the filling in a richer flavour than just mixing in a food processor.
Top with pecans and say you're welcome to the people's mouths you feed! Jks! Be thankful.
