Thanks to all of my wonderful challengers in my 3 Week Fit shop challenge! Bc of u all I pushed thru #speed25 , #strength25 , and #shiftcore just to catch up after being lazy yesterday 🤷🏼♀️ If it was not for u all I prob would have just been lazy again but the #motivation is flowing like crazy in my challenge so I stopped the excuses and got it done!

Well it took me till 1:11am on Sat to get this done due to errands and a football game, but I got it done!! Went from 55 reps to 91 reps in burnout round. Also increased a few reps during workout. Still recovering from bronchitis so I took a few short breaks to catch my breath and modified when I needed to. I'm getting better and seeing improvement. I'll just be glad when there are no more effects from the bronchitis. #downinguniversity#speed25#shiftcore#3minuteburnout

WOOOO Hump Day came early! My legs look SO GOOD 🍑😄 #Strength25 done! ✅ And followed up with #ShiftCore afterward at home! I know y'all are probably tired and already feeling done with this week. Trust me, so am I 😜 But you got this! You're so much stronger than you think you are! Just keep powering through! 👊🏻💪🏻❤️
Ending the day strong. Five cups of greens and veggies, plus my red and blue containers and my two tablespoons of oil-based dressing. Veggie power for my core workout and then my shake for "dessert" on my way to bed.
Finish strong. "Don't let the move finish you, you finish the move," is one of the mantras in my workout program. It carries over outside of the workout too. Don't let the day finish you, you finish the day. Yeah, I gave in to my sugar craving earlier but I've carried on with the plan.
Day 9/84 . . This is my 6 min Burnout! 3 moves, 1 min each 2x's!!! . . Strength is normally my fav, not today!!! Hahaha!! I pushed through it with whatever i had, still got some pretty good reps in! 6 min is too long 🤣🤣🤣 everything is on fire now!!
