Thanks to all of my wonderful challengers in my 3 Week Fit shop challenge! Bc of u all I pushed thru #speed25 , #strength25 , and #shiftcore just to catch up after being lazy yesterday πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ If it was not for u all I prob would have just been lazy again but the #motivation is flowing like crazy in my challenge so I stopped the excuses and got it done!

Got my workout in today, #shiftshopsrength25 and #shiftcore feels good to be back in the game after not working out for 2 days. Now that I'm feeling better.... BRING IT ON πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Well it took me till 1:11am on Sat to get this done due to errands and a football game, but I got it done!! Went from 55 reps to 91 reps in burnout round. Also increased a few reps during workout. Still recovering from bronchitis so I took a few short breaks to catch my breath and modified when I needed to. I'm getting better and seeing improvement. I'll just be glad when there are no more effects from the bronchitis.

This....This move, Sumo Circle, is one of my absolute favorites from the program!😍 It targets EV-RY-THING!

Years ago, I read that the circle is great for a trouble area of mine...Bra Bulge!πŸ˜– TMI...Being flat chested😣, I have nothing to hide it so it is just there!😫 GOALS...get rid of it! This is going to get rid of it.πŸ˜… But adding a Squat incorporates the lower body as well plus watch the abs contract doing this move! Whoa!😧

This workout has two rounds the first 60 seconds per move and the second 45 seconds per move. But Chris always has control and incorporates a trainer call out hold, up/down, baby bounce and rep it out in the second round! πŸ’¦πŸ’¦

Ending the day strong. Five cups of greens and veggies, plus my red and blue containers and my two tablespoons of oil-based dressing. Veggie power for my core workout and then my shake for "dessert" on my way to bed.

Finish strong. "Don't let the move finish you, you finish the move," is one of the mantras in my workout program. It carries over outside of the workout too. Don't let the day finish you, you finish the day. Yeah, I gave in to my sugar craving earlier but I've carried on with the plan.

I'm finishing my day and will soon be giving my body some much-needed rest. A couple of appointments in the morning and then a much-anticipated phone call early in the afternoon. New things may soon be on the horizon!

Twenty five minutes of agility-cardio training with a 3 minute burnout at the end {6 execises, 30 seconds each, non stop πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯}. The piece of resistance: twelve minutes of ab/corr work to round 40 minutes of a great Monday sweat session. Getting stronger!!!
