Het fluffy "broodje" heeft geen krokante korst, maar dat maakte het voor mij niet minder. Denk aan een zacht bolletje, en maak m nog iets zachter en luchtiger, dan snap je m. De smaak is fab, en het blijft ook op deze manier goed bij elkaar zodat je probleemloos een hamburger kan fabriceren. Gewoon met twee handjes vast pakken en smullen maar 🤗👹 .

Das gabs gerade eben, perfekt als Mahlzeit zwischen Arbeit und Training, mit ca. 400kcal, 55gr. Eiweiß, 15gr. Fett und 8gr. Carbs liegt es absolut nicht schwer im Magen, so kann das Workout später ohne Probleme kommen 💪😃
Nur das Herzel machen muss ich noch üben - links im Eck sollte eines sein .. 🙊💗😂
Nach einem richtig typischen Montag in der Arbeit, freue ich mich umso mehr aufs Training später..perfekter Ausgleich zum Arbeitsalltag - do it with passion oder wie war das?! 💗💪

Ladies, you can do whatever you want to if you put your heart into it. Look at me wearing a crop top and what not. This wasn't a possibility for me just a few months ago. So yeah, you have 0 excuses. Screw a heartbreak. Screw a busy schedule. Screw the excuses! I was fed up and if wearing a crop top was one of my motivations for working out then that was what got me in the gym lol! What's yours? No filter required for this nommy wee feast I prepared for the other half and I this morning. Who says breakfast needs to be boring, start the day eating like a king/queen and it'll set you up strong and ready to own that shiz like the bad ass y'all are...😎. Anyhoo feck your eggs, proats and standard toast gimme all the yummers in ma tummers and satisfy the hunger with style 😋. Recipe is as follows : 1x standard size plain tortilla wrap lightly coated with thai chilli sauce topped with garlic sautéed spinach, mashed avocado, chopped smoked ham, corn kernels and crumbled feta cheese. Whack it in the oven 170(fan) for 15 mins rotating half way through. When ready top with 2x soft boiled eggs, season and dig in...🤤, served with a lovely bowl of mixed fruit, Scottish water and coffee is the added icing on the proverbial cake 😉 . P.
