Every day is earth day! Carry reusable water bottles and coffee cups. Refuse straws and take less napkins. Don't buy things just to buy them, use reusable bags and containers, walk more. A lot of little things add up, and they are easy habits to start. 🌍
A little adventure hike under the sunshine and blue skies ☀️
Happy Earth Day! Here’s one of my favorite places on Earth at sunrise 🌎🏔🌊💕

#Stockholm from the sea. That steam ship makes me feel nostalgic to the romantic time of 1920s.. Coming back from #Djurgården- the island of many museums, including an open air #skansen museum showcasing swedish buildings, their lifestyle and habits; Vasa Museum, Junibacken (Astrid Lindgren museum), ABBA museum and my most favourite Nordic Museum
Gaia, in theory, is the mother of all life. It is the idea that living organisms and their inorganic surroundings, have evolved together creating a single, self-regulating & synergistic living system that helps to maintain life on the planet. The oxygen in our air. The saltiness of our oceans. Gaia helps keep everthing in balance. Our species is unique on this planet, as we have consciousness and self-awareness. Once we stop considering ourselves as something separate, then we can begin contributing to her growth in a positive way. Sunshine, water, & nutrients are what we need to survive. The same goes for all life on this planet. We are in symbiotic relationship with Gaia. She is sacred, for without her, we would cease to exist. So hug a tree 🌲 Plant something 🌱 Give back what you take 🤲🏼 Be conscious of life, growth. Treat this planet as your home. Today, tomorrow, and each day after that.
