🚧 Mild Nudity. The day was April, 3rd. A birthday celebration filled with appletini's and pastries, Amzie decided he had enough. His well known sweet tooth had to go. He did a 30 day challenge with no alcohol and no sugar (low sugar really bc that sh*t's everywhere). To be fair, he had one cheat day... momma's 🍪🍪🍪 (@jolynnwms makes the best). •
Lesson's Learned: 1) Craving's don't last long and eventually go away. 2) The days you don't work out are when the cravings hit, so stay active. 3) A spray tan is vital for your 30 day post challenge pic.
