☀️This momma is ready to get BACK ON TRACK! I love being pregnant however it’s the getting back to your “new old self” that takes some work. I also know that it isn’t going to happen overnight. I always tell myself, 9 months up…9 months down.
And if you didn’t notice…I’m also not one of the fortunate that only gain the 20-30 lbs.
First Pregnancy: ~90 lbs 🙈
(👉LET’S GET REAL, I gained 1 lb the first trimester and then thought I was invincible…..I was not. Two weeks before giving birth I weighed 211 lbs and stopped stepping on the scale.) Second Pregnancy: ~60 lbs
Third Pregnancy: 54 lbs 🤜As of today, I am REALLY OVER having my thighs rub together and have about 30 lbs to lose since giving birth to my sweet little boy. I can’t wait to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes and get back to feeling on top of the world!
