Thank you Shawn T for the kick ass workout before bed! I may have gotten it in super late, but this may end up being my new routine as I use nap time as my household chore and gardening time. Both boys are sound asleep in their beds (yep we've finally transitioned C to his crib!) I need to work on my ab work and a few of the steps, but tonight's workout was a lot of fun. When starting my journey I stuck with Autumn Calabrese and planned to start 80 Day Obsession close to Camdyn turning 6 months old, but I am no where near ready for a workout of that level. It took a lot for me to admit that to myself, but it's better to know I'm not ready to commit to it than to start it and fall off because I'm not ready.
The program I began this evening was a brand new release when I first signed up as a coach and I did the trial and liked it, but doing the full workout was even more fun! I can't wait to do tomorrow's workout now that I know what I have in store for me. Now to unwind and get ready for bed.
