It’s not often I set an all time PR in my current training, but 185lb for a double from the hang for a power snatch got me pretty fired up for my retest of @misfitathletics cycle 1! Session 2...find 3RM back squat and a nasty little metcon where my legs felt like they were trudging through mud. #wrekt 300 for a triple and called it there! It was heavy.

65 was a mess but I was more aggressive at 67 (almost smooth) with a last set at 68 (almost went for 69). Finished with heavy high pulls. Maybe they will actually be high someday?

405x3 these are trash squats but it’s the first time in prob 10 months since I’ve squatted over 400lbs not that anyone reading this gives a freakin hoot!
