So as my trout was in the sous vide I decided to throw in a peach too! I bought a case of peaches the other day @yourdekalbfarmersmarket and have been eating them everyday as is, but I wanted to try one poached. The poaching liquid was just a little sugar, vanilla bean, and @the_ginger_people ginger beer. When done just reduced the liquid and added a scoop of @talenti vanilla gelato.
