Ok ladies, I am finally getting back to a routine at home after being gone all summer. I love meeting up with my girlfriends every week for a little girl time and a workout, and we create the perfect opportunity for both!

I encourage you to walk with your neighbors in the morning, walk with other moms in the neighborhood, meet some co-workers for a class before you start your day, or join a running club. I promise it will be a great support for your overall health goals.
