There is never going to be the perfect time to make a change... so let's do it now! 💥💥 I'm pushing my new 21 Day Slimdown for Summer group to the day after Memorial Day, May 30th. I had some peeps who wanted to get through the school year and start the pool season off with some new healthy habits. So I am offering up five more spots to this fun group that makes it simple to create some healthy habits and leave some not so healthy ones behind.
This 21 day program is the one that helped me get back on track after two csections and so many failed attempts to get my body back. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not perfect, but I feel stronger and happier with all I learned in just 21 days a little over two years ago. I do all sorts of programs, but always come back to this one because it works!! I will provide you with all the tools you need. All you have to do is dedicate 30 minutes a day to exercise and a little work in the kitchen. Before this I never cooked, so don't worry, it's not complicated and you will not starve. You also get a weekly cheat meal and wine. You will not feel deprived and crabby. Plus I have a special gift to offer the next three people who sign up!!
