Can we discuss MEDITATING for a sec??🙏 I try to meditate every morning for 10 minutes when I first wake up, using the @calm app. While practicing that every morning helps set the tone/outlook/mood for my day, the practice of meditation REALLY helps me at other times throughout my day! Meditation is a TOOL + can significantly help you navigate so many different circumstances🙌🏻 When I’m in traffic, if I start to feel angry/annoyed/frustrated, that’s when I practice everything I’ve learned during my meditations. Deep breathing, listening to my breath, being present✨If I have to deal with a negative person, if I’m feeling stressed or sick, meditation techniques help me diffuse the amplification of any bad feelings💕 What are some of YOUR fav meditations??
