Our final Teacher Spotlight goes to a wonderful new teacher, to the studio, Allison Nicole!! Allison began her journey in dance at the young age of 3. Progressing quickly, she began pointe at age 11 while on full scholarship @ Rocky Mountain School of Dance. There, she trained in all styles of dance including, tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop and contemporary. She performed and competed in several regional and national dance competitions/conventions.
Allison trained with the Colorado Ballet academy, Colorado Ballet, Michelle Latimar Dance & CCDA. In '98 She was accepted into Denver School of the Arts as a dance major and in 2000, moved to LA to train @ The Edge Performing Arts. While attending The Edge, she had the opportunity to train with world renowned choreographers/teachers. After residing in LA she moved back to Colorado an began teaching barre, ballet & contemporary in 2006. She endured several injuries from dance and needed some healing. That’s when she found yoga, fell in love with the practice and received her 200 hr/RYTT in 2012.
