Had my first bad squat day in a while. Pin squats went fine but my back off sets were terrible. I lost my kneesleeves and it messed me the eff up. I realized how much I relied on them today and that's kind of sad because if i didn't have them at a meet I'd be so skrewed. .

Although I don't think my training sleeves help as much as my competition sleeves do they did give me the confidence that I can squat more upright and my knees won't hurt. (They don't actually do this so don't rely on them to fix knee pain) Without them I tend lean too far forward and fatigued my back. So that happened today and I was so upset. Like I can squat this highbar, beltless no problem but without kneesleeves I can barely get through a set with lowbar and belt!? BS. Frikken bs. 🐃💩.

But luckily I had my coach @uncle__goob and @fluffdaddyskwaats there to talk me off the edge and salvage my training session because I was about to cri... Figuratively... My eyes don't sweat. .

So the rest of the training went well but you can bet I'll be trying to do some sleeveless work from now on...
