My sugar cravings go NUTS and before you know it I've downed 10 Oreos and half a jar of Almond Butter🤣. . It's choices like the above 🍪 incident that got me to where I was years ago.... overweight and unhappy with my life. . So when I say Shakeology has been a game changer for me EVERYDAY, best believe it! I wouldn't talk about something and promote it if I didn't truly love ❤️ it! . You might be drinking something else daily. But let me ask you: have you checked the label of ingredients and possible artificial chemicals that might be in it? Just some food for thought. . And for only $3.50 a day (with my discount 😉) I get this and it's either my breakfast or lunch daily!!!! Shakeo it is with my own little twist. . . 1 cup skim milk. 1 scoop cafe latte shakeology. 2 cups spinach. 4 ice cubes A couple tablespoons of pumpkin spice coffee creamer Sometimes I even add a banana into the mix . . Blend it all up, and your breakfast is done (or as a snack whichever you prefer)!
