Homemade dips are always the best. Some store bought dips have lots of preservatives and ingredients that I never even heard of. When making homemade dips you know it's fresh and are aware of what's in it... and it taste soooo much better!
Jalapeño dip recipe: by @frumfoodie
Four medium size jalapeño peppers
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
3 frozen cubes of garlic
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut pepper in to strips, (if you like it REALLY hot then keep the seeds on. If not then remove the seeds.)
Place it in a pan with a tbsp of oil, salt, and frozen garlic cubes and cover with foil. Place in oven for about 25 minutes. Once done let it cool off. Then add it to a food processor and along with the mayonnaise. Pulse until smooth.
