Xin Wang now has 麻辣香锅 on their menu?! It’s a little salty but pretty good for pairing with the white rice 🙈 and there are fried pork lards (猪油渣), which is something different from our usual garlic in MLXG 💁🏻♀️

Comforting bowl of Soupy Ban Mian for a rainy morning ❤ Though I still much prefer the kinda Ban Mian with more flour texture than this kinda. Nowadays the Ban Mian texture seems more like silky kway teow unlike last time the soup is more rich and good.
The Piece de resistance ~ Chicken & Watermelon & Waffles! 4 pieces of fried chicken in honey hot sauce, chilled spiced watermelon Vermont sharp cheddar cheese waffle and bourbon maple syrup! The fried chicken was juicy and flavorful. Whilst the waffle could have been crisper, it was well flavored and still enjoyable! 🤤.. - - - -
