Beef Fillet - Koh’s beef fillet allows you too choose how well done your beef is (???). We opted for medium rare, which gives a good combination with the special sauce on the side.
Fugu Mirin Boshi - Pufferfish seasoned with sweet sake, this is the perfect dish to pair with a drink! The chewy texture and well seasoned fish strips will leave you wanting more!
Plain Tofu - Chilled tofu topped with their homemade century egg sauce, this is good side to order.
Ebi Tempura - One of my top favourite tempura. The crispy batter and juicy prawn will leave you coming back for more!
Shiok Maki (1st Generation) - A must try if you are coming to Koh’s. Their signature sushi dish - charcoal grilled eel wrapped around torched salmon slices and combined with mayo sauce, SHIOK!
P.S Be prepared to wait for the shiok maki!
