So, who's perfect and follows their meal plan to a T? 👀 👀 Not me!
The weekends are the hardest for me. Friday, I had Spam sushi rolls, fried rice, and chick-fil-a mini breakfast sandwiches. Saturday, I had a Wetzel Pretzel and hella Filipino food. Sunday, I had Olive Garden and it was game over!! I was mad about it, mad at myself. I wanted this week to be different. I feel like I failed myself, no self-control whatsoever.
But today is a new day, and so far, I'm back on track! Instead of wallowing in my sorrows and my failures, I just have to do even better this week with my eating and my workouts. 👊🏼👊🏼👍🏼👍🏼 How do you overcome failure? How often do you have cheat meals/days? I'd like to know! 🙂
