They claim to be a #nonprofit organization that donates a small percentage of merch profits to the organization(s) that is/are mentioned with each item. The original image has been darkened to show what the shirt I received looks like. Here's what happened: I sent an email to email@example.com a couple of weeks after receiving my shirt in hopes of returning it and nearly three weeks after I still haven't received a response. After waiting a week, I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and again, I received no response. Several days later I called and left a message on their voicemail asking for a refund and that I would happily return the shirt. The following day I received a call voicemail offering to send me a new shirt...nothing about a refund. Yesterday and today, I've called to speak to someone with no answer. I just want my money back #sevenly . I gave you my money believing that you would give 7% to International Children. But you can't even answer two separate email addresses, answer your phones, nor will you refund my money. Are you pocketing that 7%? How am I suppose to trust that you are actually helping children in need? Your company is a fraud.
